Start Branding
Microsoft launched the 'Start' app, our super app, needing a standout icon in the marketplace. As the designer and creative director, I led the creation of the brand and system. This new app delivers highly personalized content matching your interests, combining the best content from the web and over 4,500 global premium publishing brands. It provides weather, sports, news, finance, shopping, videos, maps, traffic, and more with one-click convenience in a concise, ‘snackable’ form. I conducted extensive design exploration to ensure it maintained Microsoft’s cohesive product identity.
